RUSH STANISAI, LAND ACQUISITION MANAGER

Rush Stanisai, land acquisition manager of Foremost Communities, Inc., has an exceptional track record of success in reading the real estate market and analyzing transactions.

Stanisai is responsible for the acquisition of strategic land positions throughout California and for asset management. In this role, Stanisai assists in sourcing new land opportunities, underwriting potential acquisitions and joint ventures, managing due diligence and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, as well as joint venture documents.

Prior to joining Foremost Communities, Stanisai served as finance manager for Lennar Homes of California Inc., one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, where he assisted in managing more than $1 billion in land assets in the Inland Empire region. Stanisai has a strong financial background, having assisted with the development of an asset-based lending program that provided a capital source to exclusive clients for NACC, Inc., a division of Tyco International.

Stanisai earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a specialty in business and administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. He lives in Irvine, Calif., with his wife Melissa and their daughter.
